The 15-Minute Solution

Here's my entire morning routine:

1. Make the Bed (2 minutes)

  • First win of the day ✅
  • Room looks instantly better
  • Creates momentum for more tasks

2. Drink a Large Glass of Water (30 seconds)

  • Hydrates you after 8 hours of sleep
  • Kickstarts your metabolism
  • I keep a water bottle by my bed

3. Quick Bathroom + Face Wash (3 minutes)

  • Basic hygiene
  • Cold water on face = instant alertness
  • Look human before starting the day

4. Check Today's Top 3 Tasks (2 minutes)

  • Not a full planning session
  • Just review what you wrote yesterday
  • Know your priorities before checking phone/email

5. 2-Minute Tidy (2 minutes)

  • Put away 5-10 items that are out of place
  • Clear your desk/workspace
  • Organized space = organized mind

6. Coffee + Something Green (5 minutes)

  • Make coffee while doing tidy
  • Add spinach to smoothie OR eat an apple
  • One healthy thing to start the day

It's stupidly simple. No complex meditation apps or 45-minute workouts.

Each task is under 5 minutes. Nothing feels overwhelming.

You feel accomplished by 7:30 AM. You've already done 6 things!

Pro Tips

  • Prep the night before (lay out clothes, fill water bottle)
  • Don't check your phone until after the routine
  • Start with just 3 items if 6 feels like too much
