Here's my entire morning routine:
1. Make the Bed (2 minutes)

- Look human before starting the day
4. Check Today's Top 3 Tasks (2 minutes)
- Not a full planning session
- Just review what you wrote yesterday
- Know your priorities before checking phone/email
5. 2-Minute Tidy (2 minutes)
- Put away 5-10 items that are out of place
- Clear your desk/workspace
- Organized space = organized mind
6. Coffee + Something Green (5 minutes)
- Make coffee while doing tidy
- Add spinach to smoothie OR eat an apple
- One healthy thing to start the day
